WebJul 13, 2012 · When you push in the TO that shaft moves and allows the pin to move and engage or disengage the gear 19 that moves shift lever #13. Managed to dock the boat safely and shut the engine off. With the engine not running I can shift it to the forward or reverse position with no problems.
