WebAt the end of each session I personally like to add a wall split stretch. For a summary, the exercises are: High lunge, high lunge + elbows on floor. Low lunge, low lunge + thigh. 2 Hamstring stretches. Pigeon pose, pigeon pose + thigh. Wall splits. I do 30 seconds for each stretch. It takes me about 12-15 minutes overall.
